Meet Faith

Equestrian Specialist

Flagstaff native born and raised I have a deep appreciation for the beauty and the culture that Flagstaff has to offer. My family and I have owned and boarded horses for 8 yrs now. We have a dream of owning a ranch and love building relationships through horse ownership. We have taught our family and others to appreciate many different kinds of horses and a variety of ways that horses enhance our lives. We have competed in horse shows and cart classes and hope to continue to learn and grow in our horsemanship and relationships.

Meet Rikki

Equestrian Specialist

I am a wife, and a stay at home mom to our four rambuncious children, ranging from age 14 to 3. I grew up in a small ranching town in Southern Arizona and participated in FFA for several years. Growing up, seeing horses and cattle was an everyday part of my life and I have always loved being near and working with these animals. I enjoy and encourage every opportunity to learn more and am excited to be a part of this amazing organization.

Our mission

A safe and nurturing therapeutic environment providing all those we work with – including our clients, their caregivers, our human and animal partners and colleagues – with the context, rest, support and intervention required for insight, healing and growth to arise.

Our Code of Ethics reflects our values and help us achieve this goal. Anyone working with Nazet.org clients and/or horses, or other animals whether as partner, employee, volunteer or intern is required to read and adhere to the following Code of Ethics.

Code Of Ethics

- We share resources and ideas with other counselors, mental health and learning professionals.

- We treat all other counselors, mental health and learning professionals, and their ideas and suggestions with respect and courtesy.

- We respect differences in counselling and education approach, style and philosophy and do not try to impose our rolex approach or beliefs as better or more ‘right’ than anyone else’s.

- We provide other individuals seeking to work in this area with support, guidance and resources.

- We ensure our training workshops are fairly priced and do not take financial advantage of people’s desire to learn.

- We treat our volunteers with respect and appreciation.

Pursuit Of Excellence

We try to improve the equine industry through working with other organizations to achieve shared goals and ideals.
